Immunity Boosting powder
Ingredients
- Turmeric powder – 7 sp.
- Fennel seed powder – 7 sp.
- Cumin powder – 4 sp.
- Coriander seed powder – 4 sp.
- Cardamom (whole)-3 sp.
- Dry ginger powder- 2 sp.
- Black pepper (whole)-2 sp.
- Nutmeg powder- 1 sp.
- Cinnamon powder-1/2 sp.
- Ajwain seeds – 1/2 sp.
Method
Roast cardamom, black pepper & ajwain on low flame for 2-3 mins, let them cool. Blend it well & prepare powder from it. Mix rest of all other ingredients into it. Fill it in air tight container.
Best to consume :
1 spoon at bed time with 1 glass of warm water regularly.

1 spoon = 5gms
Coconut Masala Juice
Ingredients
- Coconut water – 1 glass ( fresh)
- Lemon juice – 1/2 spoon
- Cumin powder – 2 pinch
- Salt – as per taste
- Mint leaves – 5 to 7 (finely chopped or crushed)
- Rose petals – 8 to 10 (Desi rose petals finely chopped)
- Ginger – crush 1/2 pieces
Method
Mix all ingredients in coconut water. Shake it well.
How to Consume :
- Consume fresh (within is 15 minutes)
- Do not put in freeze
- Best time to consume: 3:00 to 5:00 PM
Non-fried Bhakharvadi
Ingredients
For stuffing:
- 1 Katori Bengal gram dal
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilly powder
- Chat Masala
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Garam Masala
- Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 spoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 Spoon oregano
- Oil
For stuffing:
- 1 Katori wheat flour
- Salt
- Red chilly powder
- Turmeric powder
- Oil
Method
To prepare Stuffing –
– Boil the Chana dal (presoaked) for 3-4 whistle. Let it cool, take 1 spoon of oil in pan & add ginger-garlic paste & chopped onion, and roast it for 3-4 minutes. Then add the crushed chana dal & all spices.
To prepare Stuffing –
- Prepare a dough ( like roti’s dough) by adding salt, little oil, red chilly powder, turmeric powder & water in Besan flour. Make a roti from this dough.
- Take the nonstick pan add oil & roast all the pieces on low flame, and serve it hot.
