Ingredients
Healthy Ball
- 200 gm Flaxseed
- 100 gm Sesame Seeds
- 50 gm Ground Nut
- 250 gm Dates (Crushed)
- 1 Spoon Cow’s Ghee
- 4 Spoon Chocolate Powder (Without Sugar – Plain Chocolate Powder)
- 1/2 Spoon Cinnamon powder
- 50gm Shredded Coconut
Method
- First take Flaxseed, Sesame Seeds & Ground Nut and roast them Separately for 3-4 minutes at low flame.
- Let them cool.
- Make Powder Of these 3 ingredients.
- Take 2 Spoon of ghee in pan & heat it for 1 minute then mix dates in it. (crushed Dates)
- Mix all these ingredients & add chocolate powder & cinnamon powder in It.
- Make small balls of it & garnish it with shredded coconut.
