Healthy Ball

  • 200 gm Flaxseed
  • 100 gm Sesame Seeds
  • 50 gm Ground Nut
  • 250 gm Dates (Crushed)
  • 1 Spoon  Cow’s Ghee
  • 4 Spoon Chocolate Powder (Without Sugar – Plain Chocolate Powder)
  • 1/2 Spoon Cinnamon powder
  • 50gm Shredded Coconut

Method

  • First take Flaxseed, Sesame Seeds & Ground Nut and roast them Separately for 3-4 minutes at low flame.
  • Let them cool.
  • Make Powder Of these 3 ingredients.
  • Take 2 Spoon of ghee in pan & heat it for 1 minute then mix dates in it. (crushed Dates)
  • Mix all these ingredients & add chocolate powder & cinnamon powder in It.
  • Make small balls of it & garnish it with shredded coconut.
