Healthy paneer rolls

Ingredients

  • Besan-1 katori
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilly powder
  • Salt
  • Chat Masala
  • Garam Masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Cinnamom powder
  • Panner-100gm (finger sliced)
  • Masala khakhra (2-3 crushed khakhra)

Method

  • To make besan chilla-take 1 Katori besan, add water & all spices as per your taste. Make thin batter to make thin chilla. (batter should be thicker slightly than kadhi). Make small & thin chilla of this batter.
  • Take 1 chilla, put the finger-sliced panner at the center, put some crushed khakhra over it (To make rolls crispy), sprinkle some chat masala on it & close it with a clove.
  • Consume this clove also. It will improve digestion power.
