Healthy paneer rolls
Ingredients
- Besan-1 katori
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilly powder
- Salt
- Chat Masala
- Garam Masala
- Cumin powder
- Cinnamom powder
- Panner-100gm (finger sliced)
- Masala khakhra (2-3 crushed khakhra)
Method
- To make besan chilla-take 1 Katori besan, add water & all spices as per your taste. Make thin batter to make thin chilla. (batter should be thicker slightly than kadhi). Make small & thin chilla of this batter.
- Take 1 chilla, put the finger-sliced panner at the center, put some crushed khakhra over it (To make rolls crispy), sprinkle some chat masala on it & close it with a clove.
- Consume this clove also. It will improve digestion power.
