Ingredients:
- 4.5 cup sprouts (moong sprouts)
- 1.5 cup roasted oats
- Turmeric
- Red chilly
- Garam Masala
- Green chilly
- Ginger-Garlic paste
- Salt
- Lemon
- Oil for shallow fry (roast)
Method:
- Boil the moong sprouts at medium flame for only 1 whistle. (add 2 pinch salt)
- Crush the half part of moong sprouts, add the roasted oats & all spices like – Turmeric, red chilly, green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala, lemon as per your taste.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Make small & thin tikkis of it.
- Take a non-stick pan & shallow fry (roast) the tikkis with the use of oil at low flame to make it crispy.
