So, Basically the word “transformation”
Is related with our health, our body, our internal body changes, our thoughts and believes about food (nutrition), about weight loss v/s fat loss, and about myths/facts about nutrition and exercise.
Human body transformation depends on alignment with our external environment.
Transformation also depends on how we see and relate food (nutrition), fitness & lifestyle with our body.
There is no timeline for inner body transformation, it depends on the person and environment around them.
