Dr. Dhrupal Manish Akbari and team, I was diagnosed with PCOD at the beginning of this year and then I thought of curing it with food rather than going for medicines. Then I came across figure n fit and found it quite interesting. Dr. Dhrupal was the one who was advising me on what to eat and all the right knowledge about food. The best part about dr. Dhrupal Manish Akbari is that she truly justifies figure n fit`s name as they provide us the complete information regarding the food, lifestyle, exercise, way of dealing with emotional breakdown. Though I haven`t lost much weight but my body is more healthy from the inside & shredded much more FAT and I feel more energetic throughout the day.
