Sprouts Tikki

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 cup sprouts (moong sprouts)
  • 1.5 cup roasted oats
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilly
  • Garam Masala
  • Green chilly
  • Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Oil for shallow fry (roast)

Method:

  • Boil the moong sprouts at medium flame for only 1 whistle. (add 2 pinch salt)
  • Crush the half part of moong sprouts, add the roasted oats & all spices like – Turmeric, red chilly, green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala, lemon as per your taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Make small & thin tikkis of it.
  • Take a non-stick pan & shallow fry (roast) the tikkis with the use of oil at low flame to make it crispy.

1 Cup = 150gm

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 1/2 katori
  • Bajra bajan – 1/2 katori
  • Boiled chhole chana- 1/2 katori (crushed)
  • Fenugree leaves (finely chopped)
  • Sesane seeds – 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • Salt
  • Termeric powder
  • Coriender leaves
  • Cumin powder

Method

  • Mix all ingredients to make the dough.
  • Make the thepla & roast it on nonstick pan.
  • Serve hot with green chutney

Ingredients

Homemade Coconut milk -2 cups

  • Figs – 4 to 5 pc (Socked for 7-8 hours)
  • Dates – 3 to 4 pc (Socked for 7-8 hours)
  • Almonds – 8 to 10 pc ( Chopped)
  • Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
  • Cinnamon powder – 2 pinch

Method

  • Mix well & blend all ingredients by adding some water into it.
  • Best to consume fresh.
